Is there a way to upgrade your subscription plan if you are on Apple billing?

I currently dont have the option to add inventory products which I believe is due to the current plan im enrolled in, but I am subscribed through Apple billing and dont see an option to upgrade. When I try to cancel my Apple subscription, it still shows that im on Apple billing on the quickbooks online settings.

Is there a way to upgrade your subscription plan if you are on Apple billing?

It's nice to see you here in QuickBooks Community, info-alsooqwhole. Yes, there's a way to upgrade plan if you're on Apple billing. Let me share how QuickBooks subscription works and ensure you'll be routed to the right support so you can upgrade smoothly.

Managing a QuickBooks subscription depends on where you bought your subscription. Since your subscription is from Apple, I suggest contacting their support team. They have the tools to pull up your account and deeply investigate why you don't see an option to upgrade your plan or the reason why your QBO subscription still shows on their end. They can also assist with the procedure of how you successfully change your subscription so you can start using an Inventory feature.

On the other hand, in case you want to transfer your QuickBooks Online (QBO) billing from Apple to Intuit, you can open this article on how to process works: Transfer your billing to QuickBooks to sign up for QuickBooks Online Payroll.

Lastly, refer to this article if you need help on how to manage your inventory items in QBO: Set up and track your inventory in QuickBooks Online.

Feel at ease to get back to this thread if you have other questions about handling your billing and subscriptions in QBO. I'm always here to help, info-alsooqwhole. Have a nice day!

Is there a way to upgrade your subscription plan if you are on Apple billing?

I am in a similar situation. 4 support chats, one phone call and a support chat with Apple and no solution. I have QBO through Apple. I contacted intuit support to see how i could add a user. the help person upgraded my account to essentials trial period through intuit. she didn't tell me she was going to do this. now my only options are to "downgrade" through intuit which still means paying over $30/month more!! she even assigned me a new company ID! how do I cut out intuit?
