Is there an issue with QBO? i cannot seem to view any of my reports

As of this moment, there are no open investigation similar to your concern @accounting215.

 

Can you tell us if there's any error message? If none, then let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.

 

To start with, use a private browser to access your account. This is a special mode where the browser doesn't record the browsing activity on the local device. Let's press the following keys to access it:

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N for (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for (Firefox or Internet Explorer).
  • Control + Option + P for (Safari).

 

Then, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to improve its performance or try using a different browser. 

 

If it’s still not working, please contact our customer care support so that they can identify this and assist you right away.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks account, then go to the Help menu at the top.
  2. Scroll down to select Contact Us
  3. Enter if there's an issue with QBO, then hit Let’s talk.
  4. Click Get a callback.
