Is there any way to speak to a human being at Quickbooks?

My payroll software tells me it needs to be renewed. When you click on renew, you are given two options: "Upgrade" or "Cancel". There is no renew option, and nothing to change in upgrade. I have spoken to two extremely foreign individuals who have both disavowed any responsibility, and both have given me (different) contact numbers to speak to people who know about renewal, but both numbers are answered with a recording that says they are no longer effective to reach and speak to anyone.

Intuit Online Payroll retired on May 1, 2021. If you renew the subscription to this service, you'll move to QuickBooks Online Payroll Core. You can use this article for additional reference.
