Buy now & saveMy solopreneur account has no transactions in it currently, and self-employed has many. I'm noticing that the switch to Solopreneur is now indicated in Settings. Yet, there is no data.

I contacted Customer Service and they stated that they cannot help me. I can connect all my bank accounts, but it only goes back 90 days and we are at 104 days. So connecting bank accounts isn't a complete solution. Alternatively, I can manually import the data. However, I will need to upload receipts again, and categorize again.
It appears they do not have a real migration solution from Self-Employed to Solopreneur. If you do this process, make sure you do it after your taxes are complete, otherwise you will be in panic mode re-uploading an entire year's worth of transactions. Thankfully, I completed my taxes prior to making the attempt.
Since I'm starting over, I will take this opportunity to evaluate other products before continuing.
