Just another drop in the bucket of bad customer support

Unholy hell, fix your buggy software and customer support already!!

Both are industry-leading in the race to the bottom and you only survive off your monopoly of people's laziness!

 

I'm so sick of fixing things myself and I'm not even going to waste my time explaining anything specific because that will only make things worse for myself. Your customer support is rotten to the core and can't be fixed on a case:case basis.

You need to improve on a fundamental level, which I'm not getting paid to tell you how to accomplish. Although, I am paying you to hear me say it's not enough.

However, it's sad to think how it'll take so long to improve that, even if you do, I won't be around to see it...


I've had half a dozen interactions with customer support in the last few years and every single one has either only wasted my time or actually made things worse, exposing your broken systems for us to clean up on our own!

I can't fathom where my subscription money goes if the only on-going cost you have is to support the product that exists but never improves; because the support staff obviously isn't getting enough to meet the lowest of expectations!

 

P.S. I'm not sure where to post this topic but the first 2 similar topics I found in search results took ages to load and ended up saying the post was deleted or unavailable so I'll just scream this into the void for anyone to pick up on.
I hope anyone reading this has a lovely day, because I already know you personally agree! It's the system that's broken!

 

To the CS agent reading this: Before you respond; I know this won't matter because you're just going to follow protocol like every one before you and reply with a boiler-plate, copy-paste, apology and an endeavor to take this feedback into consideration for improvemen-... yada, yada, these words mean nothing to me...

I wish you wouldn't waste any more time responding to this and instead improve where it actually matters.
