Keep Getting Billed, But Account Doesn't Exist

My company keeps getting invoiced for Quickbooks, but when trying to login to cancel the subscription, it states that no company of this name exists. Quickbooks support contact isn't working, and I am unable to find means to contact support to get this issue resolved.

These steps are not working. When I select a topic and submit the form (press continue) nothing happens. I have tried this on mobile, desktop, and within Chrome and Safari.
