Late fees

I have had the late fee feature set up for more than a year and have worked well, but I just realized today that it stopped June 5th. I check the invoices and they still showed the late fees apply icon and all is programed as usual. Called customer service and she checked that was programed correctly and did not what else to do??

Why did it stopped, and how can I make sure it start working?

Late fees

We have reported issues about late fees not being applied to your invoice, krakenpools1.

Not to worry, our engineers are implementing a fix to get this resolved.

In the meantime, you may consider manually applying the late fees to your invoices.

Also, I suggest contacting our customer care support. One of our representatives can add you to the affected user's lists. This way, you'll receive updates about the issue.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. On the pop-up panel, go to the Search tab.
  3. Click the Contact Us button.
  4. In the text box, type something like "Late fees not working".
  5. Click Continue, then choose how you want to connect us.

I've attached an article about creating and sending customer statements. This provides summaries of their invoices, payments, credits, and balances: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online.

You're patience and understanding are much appreciated us we're working to get back the late fee feature working again.
