I have been added as an additional user on an account.  It shows up under my account management, but when I try to go to it, I just get a popup saying that clicking go to means I'm agreeing to policies & terms etc. 
that's fine, I've read them, I agree, yada yada. 

Problem is, the button to continue does nothing.  I click it and literally nothing happens.  It's not greyed out, it appears to be valid, but nothing happens.  the popup is still there, nothing changes. 

How do I get past that to access the account?

Hi @Anonymous , please try in private mode browser, clear cache and history browsing or try in different browser engine. How about another person try to log in as you, does it works? You could try delete the user then re enter again. Haven't a progress, please contact quickbooks support team click here . Comment below for further assistence. Cheers.

Gracias por hacer una pregunta en la comunidad. Tuve que usar un traductor, espero que esté bien. Para cancelar el servicio usted mismo, siga los pasos a continuación:

  1. Haga clic en el icono de engranaje.
  2. Vaya a Cuenta y configuración.
  3. Seleccione la pestaña Facturación y suscripción.
  4. El sistema le pedirá que responda la pregunta de salida de la encuesta y haga clic en Continuar.
  5. Recibirá un correo electrónico confirmando que su suscripción a QuickBooks Online está cancelada.
