Logo doesn’t show up in my invoices

If touch preview, right side of the page in blank, no logo, I tried to upload again but still doesn’t work. Can see the logo in setting but doesn’t show up in preview (pdf) view before sending to the customer

For iOS

 

  1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
  2. Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

 

For Android

 

  1. Go to Menu, then tap More Options.
  2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

 

Once done, check if the logo shows up. If the issue persists, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

It only in my mobile app that’s doesn’t appear, went a press preview to see the invoice (pdf format) is blank right side corner. I delete the app and re-install it and still the logo doesn’t appear in the invoice.

Well, look after the last update for QuickBooks online, the Logo doesn’t appear in the IOS, have a Phone 16. Hope they can fix this problem, I think the logo give a profesional look to the invoice in PDF format

Logo doesn’t show up in my invoices

I am experiencing a similar problem in Solopreneur.  I can see my logo while working in the invoice but when I send the invoice to a fake company I set up for testing, the pdf is blank in the upper right hand corner.
