Hopefully this isn't a repeat post as my internet cut out when I tried to post originally!
I am trying to convert from QB Desktop Pro Plus 2022 to Online; I originally assumed this was done similar to updating Desktop versions by moving the company file around. I learned from the FAQ that the migration is actually done by logging into the Desktop version, and there is a migration/import to Online within the Desktop software.
My problem lies in that my Desktop subscription has recently expired, and I am no longer able to login to Desktop at all - every time I try to log in, it brings up a prompt box of "QuickBooks Subscription has lapsed", and I have no access to any of my companies. Is there a way to import my company file from desktop to online without being able to login to desktop? The desktop renewal is >$500, and I no longer need as I have already subscribed over to Online...
Thank you
