I've talked to 5 people at Intuit today. Noone is able to give me a reason why I can't take a QB Online account and put it in another QB online account. I can't believe I can go easily from Desktop to Online but can't move to another online account. I've been trying for 5 hours now with no success. I'm at my wit's end. Help!

I know this isn't an easy process for you. I appreciate you for contacting our Support Team. If I were in your situation, I would also want and prefer to have an option to move the QBO data to another QBO account easily.
As of the moment, a direct option to move data to another QBO account is unavailable. You can start transferring your data manually. Here's how:
First, you'll have to export the data from the old QBO account:
Then, import them to your new QuickBooks company:
