Congratulations on making your first post here, @Image Development Studios . I’m here to provide some insights about adding multiple currencies to a customer.
For now, each customer can only have one currency assigned to them. As a workaround, you might want to consider creating different customer profiles. Please take note that using the same name twice isn’t available.
You’ll need to add a unique character to identify each profile. You can add USD or JMD to the end of their names, so it’ll be easy to choose which currency to be used when creating an invoice.
Here’s how:
- Go to the Sales menu, then click Customers.
- Select New Customer.
- Enter the necessary information.
- Hit Save.
Furthermore, I highly suggest consulting your accountant regarding this matter. This way, we can verify if you can add two different currencies under one customer name.
