Can you tell us what happens when you tried to access or open QuickBooks 2014? There are a couple of reasons why you're unable to open the program. This includes damaged installation or program files and compatibility issues with your Windows Operating System. This version only works with the following OS:
- Windows 8, all editions including 64-bit, natively installed
- Windows 7, all editions including 64-bit, natively installed
- Windows Vista (SP1 or later), all editions including 64-bit, natively installed
- Windows XP* (SP3 only), all editions including 64-bit, natively installed
Take note that QuickBooks 2014 is already an unsupported version. This means that you can no longer update the maintenance release which is necessary to fix minor bugs that might have also caused the issue.
