Let me share some information about the life of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data after you end your subscription, Cristyviney.
When you cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription you have read-only access to your QBO data for one year after you cancel your subscription. To learn more about this one, check out this article: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?.
If you cancel your account for not less than one year, you should have access to it. Missing data and viewing issues usually happened when the cache and cookies are full. You'll want to access your company using an incognito or private window to rule out this problem. Here are the shortcut keys:
- Ctrl+ Shift + N for Google Chrome
- Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
- Command + Shift + N for Safari
If it works, return to your default browser and clear its cache. Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. Switching to another compatible one to help rectify the issue.
If you have access to your company data, please export all of your data to Excel so that you have a copy in case you need it. Here's how:
- Go to the Settings or Gear icon.
- Under Tools, select Export Data.
- Tap It's a backup box, then click Continue.
- Turn on the radio button for the Reports and Lists you want to back up.
- Press the Export to Excel button.
