Join nowAfter I updated my Mac computer, it updated the QB program as well to QB 2021. I was finally able to open the backup file but it's not showing all of my account balances. It is missing the balance view for all of my income and expense accounts, while only bank and credit card accounts are showing the final balance. How do I activate the balance on the other accounts? This is a desktop QB for Mac.
Thank you for any and all assistance!

I'm only a post away if you need further assistance managing your accounts. It's my pleasure to help.
Thanks for the information. I spent about 2 1/2 hrs today with QB online support trying to resolve the issue and they weren't able to help me. Apparently there is incompatibility between the updated Mac version and the QB version as it's not opening the Backup file accurately. Hopefully someone will be able to resolve the issue. Thanks for your help.
