Let me help you with linking your business account, tj24.
We need to make sure first that your bank doesn't have any system maintenance. Any issue on the bank's end can prevent the connection between bank and QuickBooks. You can log in to your online bank account to see if everything works fine.
Also, verify if you've selected the correct URL. When connecting a bank, QuickBooks Self-Employed will give you a list of different URL's. You can copy and open them on another tab to check if it's the correct one.
We also have a way to manually import your bank transactions using a .CSV file. Aside from that, you can also reply to this thread with the bank name so I can check if we have an investigation.
Once everything is good, here's an article on how categorize and edit transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
I'll always be here if you need more help. Have a great day!
My Michigan One Account won't link up.
Please Help.
Hi there, @Ahrens Window Cleaning.
We'd want to make sure that you can link your Michigan One Account to QuickBooks Self-Employed(QBSE).
I would like to ask if you receive an error message upon connecting your Michigan One Account to QBSE.
Also, have you followed the steps shared in the previous reply?
If you haven't yet, we can search using the URL you normally use to link your bank. If you still can’t find your bank, you can import your transactions manually.
Here's how:
Once connected is complete you can categorize your transactions.
