My export to excel is all zeroes

Hello there. Let me share information about exporting Profit and Loss comparison to Excel.

To begin with, please know that our engineers have initiated an INV-99442, for we have received similar reports about the Profit and Loss comparisons with zero values when exported. With this, I recommend contacting our support so they can add you to the affected users' list. Once added, they'll notify you of the updates via email. Rest assured, they’re diligently working to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
  •    Start a chat with a support expert.
  •    Get a callback from the next available expert.

In the meantime, please follow the instructions in this article to import your Quicken data into QuickBooks Online: Move your Quicken data to QuickBooks Online.

You can also visit our QuickBooks Blog to stay updated with our product innovations.

Let me know if you have further queries about exporting your Profit and Loss comparison or QuickBooks. Keep safe.
