Hi there, @TestLab2020. I can help you delete the 58 notifications showing up on your QuickBooks app home screen.

You have three options to remove these notifications. Here are the following:

  • Selecting the Close (X) icon
  • Turning off pop-ups and redirects or block notifications.
  • Clearing the app's data to refresh it

To clear your app's data:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Click OK.

To turn off or block the pop-up notifications, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the QBO app.
  2. Go to the page or site you don’t want to receive notifications from.
  3. Click the More icon, then Info.
  4. Select Site Settings and choose either Pop-ups and redirects or Notification
  5. Switch Pop-ups and redirects off and click Block for notification.

You can also review these resources for more details about Adblocking and other related topics while working with QBO mobile app.

Let me know if you have any other questions about deleting the notifications from your QuickBooks home screen. I'm always here to help.

None of the steps you shared exist. There is no options to “reset app data” under the iPhone app help section. See screen shot.

Also I have no idea where to “close” notifications in the app. Can you please send screen shots to clarify?

None of the instructions you share below are working. When you click on the help menu from the iPhone app, there is no option to Reset App Data. See screen shot.

There is also no “notification” section in the app where I can click “close” on the notifications as you’ve suggested below.

Can you please send specific screen shots for how to clear these 58 alerts?

Hi TestLab2020,

Normally, the steps provided by my colleague @Angenly_T will usually fix the issue. Can you provide me with a screenshot of the notification that you're receiving? This is to make sure that we are on the same page.

Let us know if you have any other concerns about your QuickBooks app. We're always here to help.

Same thing happen to me. I tried everything to resolve through Quickbooks. I even called and had her walk me through some steps.

I solved by going into my IPhone Settings

Settings

Notifications

Scroll down to the QB app

open and turn off notifications

that worked for me and the  310 notification number is gone.

I still never found what they were for???

I am curious about the refresh data. my phone gave the option before and the last update that option disappeared. I no longer have the option to refresh. When I push the help button I get articles and support or Ask QB assistant a questions. I even offloaded a bunch off my phone to make room?

Hey there, @Averin.

Thanks for following the thread and sharing those helpful steps for our other users! It's customers like you that make the Community so great and beneficial.

As for the missing Refresh Data option in the settings, we have had several reports on this matter, and we are investigating the cause currently. We will keep you updated as we obtain more details.

However, I wanted to also mention that you can refresh any screen in the app by simply swiping the screen all the way down and letting go. This will do the same as the Refresh Data option.

Please feel free to reach back here if you have any questions or concerns. Have a wonderful afternoon!
