I recommend reaching out to the support team with your concern and request for a refund. They should be able to assist you further. Here's how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
- Navigate to the Help (?) menu.
- Open the Search tab and select Contact Us.
- Pick Ask about something else and input a brief explanation of your concern in the provided field.
- Click Continue.
- Choose the Chat or Callback option.

- Plus, Essentials, Simple Start: Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday, 6 AM to 3 PM PT
