My ticket was escalated 3 times nobody help to resolve issue . I don t like pay subscription for on hold account. Please close and refund subscription and other expenses

It's definitely frustrating when issues get escalated multiple times without getting resolved. I understand your concern about paying for a subscription for an on-hold account. I'll do my best to help you with closing the account and initiating a refund.

 

I recommend reaching out to the support team with your concern and request for a refund. They should be able to assist you further. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
  2. Navigate to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Open the Search tab and select Contact Us.
  4. Pick Ask about something else and input a brief explanation of your concern in the provided field.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Choose the Chat or Callback option.

 


 

Their support hours are as follows:

 

  • Plus, Essentials, Simple Start: Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday, 6 AM to 3 PM PT
  • Advanced: 24/7
