My trial has expired on Quickbooks and I'm trying to convert to a monthly subscription. When I click "subscibe" i get an error message.

I'd like to make sure I'm providing you with the right solution to fix your concern. If you can provide me with the exact error message after clicking the Subscribe button, that would be wonderful. 

 

In the meantime, let's use a private or incognito window to see if it will work. Then, let's perform some troubleshooting steps in your main browser once we confirmed that it's a browser-related issue.

 

To open a private or incognito window from any of our supported browsers, press these shortcut keys on your keyboard. Here's how:

 

  • Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N. Make sure you're using the latest version.

 
Login to your QuickBooks, then try to resubscribe. If it works, that means your browser holds too many cache that caused it to behave unexpectedly. Go back to your main browser, then clear its cache and temporary file. It also boost your browser's loading time. 

 

If you're still receiving the same error, try using a different browser.

Hi Katherine, thanks for your help.

 

Here is the error message.  The first time it tried this was this morning so its been giving this error all day.

Something's not quite right

Something's not working. Give us a few minutes and try again. If it still doesn't work, please contact us.

 

I tried to log in using incognito mode and that gave me the same error.

At this point, I'd suggest you contact our Customer Care team. They can pull up your information and help check what's causing this error. They can also escalate this issue for further investigation whenever needed for you to get back on track with your QuickBooks account.
