You can use the Automate Password Reset tool to reset your QuickBooks account. Let's first make sure that your QuickBooks software is updated to the latest version. If you can't remember your user ID and/or password?, you can choose the Forgot your Password? or Forgot your User ID? option to retrieve your credentials.

If the password reset tool didn't work, call and ask Intuit Data Service to reset it. Make sure you can login to your CAMPS. Otherwise, you have to purchase a 3rd party password reset service.
