You can make those one time customers inactive in QuickBooks Online (QBO). It'll be removed from your lists and menus. However, all their invoices or transactions will still be available on reports.
Here's how:
- Go to the Sales menu and click on Customers.
- Select the customer's name to open their profile.
- Click the dropdown next to Edit.
- Select Make inactive and then confirm by selecting Yes, make inactive.
