Our federal eservices is not working. I can't get someone at intuit who can help me. we have the subscription. there is nowhere to edit out federal eservice enrollment

For now, the best option to edit your online payroll service info is by contacting our payroll support team. This way, they can check the details of your payroll account and help you update your E-service enrollment.

Here's how:

Option 1

1. Click the Help icon.
2. Hit the Contact Us button at the bottom. 
3. Enter your concern in the description, then click Let's talk.
4. Select Get a callback.

Option 2

1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner.
2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
4. Click Contact Us.
5. Select between Send a message, Schedule an appointment, or Get a callback.

Just a heads up, due to COVID-19, we have limited staffing and have reduced our support hours to 6 AM-6 PM PT Monday-Friday. We will resume normal hours as soon as possible.
