Join nowOver 3 wks ago I discovered 2 of my credit cards associated with my business accounts were removed by a staff of QB with live bookkeeping, since then I have not been able to re-sync the transactions for these 2 accts. I reported the issues, it still not fixed. Have anyone have this happened to them? If so how was it fixed and how long did it take to get resolved. This has been a frustrating experience as a new user of QB accounting.

Apparently, with this type of removal, those accounts will not be able to be automatically synched going forward. So all transactions going forward for those accounts will need to manually updated to QB, something I do not want to do. I am working with the person assigned to work with me with the details as I have spent many hours on documenting, meeting, checking, and testing to provide requested details and verifications. This was not what I expected.
