Thank you for posting your concern here in the Community. I'm to ensure you'll be able to fix logo on your report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
It is possible that your browser's cache is causing this to happen. I recommend accessing your QBO in a private browser. This is because there are times that the browser stores frequently-accessed data, thus causing your QuickBooks Online to act weirdly.
Please use these shortcut keys to access a private browser:
If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.
Additionally, to get the most out of your company and financial statements, you can use the customize feature in personalizing your reports and memorize them to save its current customization settings.
Please leave a comment below if you have other QuickBooks-related concerns. I'm always here to help you out.
The quick keys did not work to pull up Microsoft Edge. I did go ahead though and clear the cache but that didn’t fix the problem either. My report is a custom report already and was working fine months ago until Quickbooks changed it.

To prevent issues when viewing your logo, here are the things you need to consider:
Please know that if your logo is CMKY-formatted, convert it into an RGB image using tools (such as Adobe Photoshop) before you upload it.
Here's an article you can refer to for more details on managing your logos in QBO.
Additionally, I've got this helpful resource to guide you further on personalizing the appearance and layout of your sales forms. This includes steps for personalizing your email message, turning on online payments for invoices, editing custom templates, etc.
If you have any further questions or concerns about your logos in QBO, please know that you can always tag my name. I'm here to help you in any way I can. Enjoy your day!
My logo has not changed from the previous months it was working. We have the same logo loaded that we started with from the very beginning. Something has changed in Quickbooks online to cause this.
