packing slip leaving off ship to address. Where can I adjust?

There are several ways we can ensure that the Ship to address is applied, Jeff. We can check and customize the invoice settings, check the template settings, or create a new Custom Form Style. Let's dive in through your options.

I'll add a step-by-step guide to ensure the Ship to address is included correctly. First, let's check if this is enabled in the specific invoice:

  1. Open the invoice in question.
  2. Click on the Manage settings for the invoice.
  3. Ensure in the Customization tab that the Ship to address box is properly ticked.

Next, make sure the correct template is selected to add the details in the packing slips:

  1. Open the invoice in question again.
  2. Under the same Manage settings, go to the Design tab.
  3. Ensure the appropriate template is selected.

On the other hand, you can also create a new custom form style or edit an existing one to ensure the ship-to address is included.

  1. To create a new Custom Form Style:
    1. Go to gear icon ⚙︎ and select Custom form styles.
    2. Click on the New style dropdown arrow and select Invoice.
    3. Navigate to the Contents tab.
    4. Ensure the Shipping box is ticked under the Header section to include the ship-to address.
    5. Click Done.
    6. Apply the new form style to the invoice by going back to the invoice, clicking Manage, selecting Design, and then choosing the newly created form style.
  2. To edit an existing form style:
    1. Go to Settings ⚙︎ icon again and select Custom form styles.
    2. Find the form style you want to edit and click Edit on the right side.
    3. Go to the Contents tab.
    4. Ensure the Shipping box is ticked. Then click Done.
    5. Apply the edited form style to the invoice by going back to the invoice in question, clicking Manage, selecting Design, and then applying the edited form style.
