Past employees are showing on the my team tab.

Since the last QB update all of my "no longer on payroll" employees are showing up on my time clock. I cannot archive them in QB Time.

Past employees are showing on the my team tab.

I appreciate your tireless support using QuickBooks Products, Liz. Firstly, you need to click the import option in QB Time to sync the employees that are set as No longer on payroll in QuickBooks Online Payroll. I'll provide you with the steps.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Time, then click Go to classic QuickBooks Time.
  2. Click on My Team.
  3. Select QuickBooks Payroll beside of Help icon.
  4. Click Import, then wait to click View Log.

 5. Go back to, My Team.

   6. Select the employees that are no longer on payroll, then click Edit to check their information.

   7. You'll now see that they're no longer salaried even if we can't click the Archive option.

When this is all resolved, you can now approve, unapproved, and reject timesheets for QuickBooks Time to all active employees.
