Payments Account closed no response from risk management!

My account was closed with a lot of money stuck in it.  I never got an explanation why and no response from risk management on when I’ll get paid the funds in my account.  Can someone from there respond ! Or I will be reporting this to the better business bureau and looking into suing

To help you check the status of the closed account, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support team. Their tools can access this information in a secure environment and provide you further instructions on how to get your money.


You can reach them by arranging a callback or through chat. You can do it by going to the Help icon at the top right of the account. Follow the steps below: 


  1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent. 
  2. Click on the Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern.
  3. Provide us with some information about your concern in the What can we help you with? box and click on Continue.
  4. You'll now be provided options on how to connect to our Customer Support.

I already have multiple times, risk management still has not contacted me back
