It isn't the kind of experience I'd like you to have with QuickBooks.
Let me share information about purging and deleting your accounts.
In QuickBooks, if your account is beyond 60 days old, you can't purge it, but you can cancel the subscription. You will have a one-year view-only access with your account. After that, system will auto-delete them.
For other products, I recommend contacting Customer Care team to help you delete your subscription.
Here's how:
- Sign-in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Click Help (?).
- Select Assistant tab to get started and get quick, personalized answers. Choose a suggested option or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human. You can then choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a callback from the next available expert.
On the other hand, if you want to delete your Intuit account, follow the steps below.
- Go to accounts.intuit.com.
- Go to the Data privacy section.
- Under Data privacy, select Delete.
- Select I no longer want my data to be in QuickBooks.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to delete your information.
