QB Accountant search across multiple clients

Is it possible to do a search for a certain vendor or customer (i.e. Intuit) using our Accountant access across all clients?

QB Accountant search across multiple clients

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @OOKKEE.

I can share some knowledge with you about your concern for searching a certain vendor or customer in QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA).

You can't do a global search for a certain vendor or customer across all clients. What you can only do is to open the company of your client one by one and then search for the specific vendor or customer.

Here's how to search for vendors:

  1. Log in to QB Accountant firm.
  2. Select the client's company from the Go to QuickBooks drop-down menu.
  3. Head to the Sales or Expenses menu, then click the Vendors or Customers tab.
  4. Enter their name in the search bar.

Here's a link you can use to learn how to use the accountant tools in QuickBooks.

If you want to sort and match bank transactions, you can check out this article: Categorise and match bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to comment below, if you have another query for vendor or customer invoices. I will answer your concern.
