QB Checking Statement Downloads in CSV or QBO. Is that possible?

Can I download QB Checking Statements in a CSV or QBO format? It looks like only pdf's are available. If not, is there any other way to get 2022 QB Checking data back into QB Online? It appears to have been deleted.

QB Checking Statement Downloads in CSV or QBO. Is that possible?

Hello there, pima. I understand that you want to download your checking statements in a CSV format however, the available format for now is only through pdf file.

Regarding your 2022 QuickBooks Checking data, you can still view them through the Audit Log. This is where all the transactions made from your account can be seen including all deleted/voided transactions.

To View Your Checking Data:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Under Find report by name dropdown, type in Audit Log.
  3. On the Date Changed dropdown▼, choose Last Year.
  4. Choose Deleted/Voided transactions or All transactions under the Events dropdown▼.

Whenever you create a check for your expenses, you can print them directly in QuickBooks Online to make it easier for you to have a copy of them. Here is an article that can help you configure your print settings for your checks: Configure your print settings for printing checks in QuickBooks Online (intuit.com)

Do you need to import your Checking data into your QBO account or export the data out to *.csv?

Hello Pima,

Can you share who you were able to download the statements in a CSV?
