or when I click on the Online button that appears in my icon bar, I get this error: "You do not have access to perform this action. To complete this, request for [sic] access from you Primary Admin."
I AM THE PRIMARY ADMIN! And there are no other users.
I also cannot Update Web Services. I get an error saying "Application requested to abort." Finally, when I routinely log into QB Desktop, I receive a popup urging me to sign into my Intuit account. Sometimes I did it, other times not. But I no longer see that dialog, if that's relevant here. (And I have logged separately into my Intuit account via a browser and all is well there.)
Any suggestions for how to overcome these issues? They all seem related. Thanks for your help.
It's important to check your CAMPS to verify that your QBDT license is associated with your Intuit account, Merk. I'll help you out of this situation so you can complete your tasks in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) company.
Please know that the best way to handle this is to ensure that the QuickBooks Desktop company file Admin user should also be the Intuit account Primary Admin. This account should also be the account that's associated with the CAMPS.
Additionally, I suggest running QuickBooks as an administrator and then retesting to see if you can carry out your business tasks successfully. To do this, follow the steps below:
Regarding the error message you encountered about updating the web services, you can refer to the following guide for detailed instructions to resolve this issue: Fix common Web Connector errors in QuickBooks Desktop.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Live Support team. They can access your account and pinpoint the exact cause of the problem.
Additionally, I'll include this article in case you want to add, edit, or delete users in QuickBooks Desktop: Use your Intuit account to manage or invite users.

Yes, without a problem. As noted in my original post, I can login to my Intuit account. My QB product is listed in my account.
Before posting, I tried logging in as administrator. That changed nothing. I'll reach out to the live support team, as you've suggested. Thanks for trying to help!
Yes. Please see my other posts below.
Yes! CAMPS access is not a problem. See my other responses below.
