I want to help get this resolved for you. Fiat Lux is right, you can follow those steps to 'duplicate' the company file. Another option would be to Import and Export the list of the first company file. With this method you can take certain information out of one company file, edit it and bring it over to the new file. We have an article that detailshow to export and import data from one file to another. If you have any questions or run into any hurdles please let me know.
