When you say QBO Small Business, are you referring to the Self-Employed version of QuickBooks? Any additional information you can provide will help ensure a timely solution.
If yes, please know that the ability to add another user to view the account is currently unavailable. However, if you're referring to QuickBooks Online (QBO), whenever you add a user, he can only access the company file you add him to.
The access rights will depend on the type of permissions, such as company admin, limited user, time-tracking, and reports only.
