This is insanity. I am so frustrated I want to throw QBO out entirely.
I have just WASTED days of going through the QBO training program only to get to the exam and find that the training SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS EXAM doesn't COVER THINGS IN THE EXAM. Not only that, but there is LITERALLY NOWHERE TO GO to find the answers for these questions. Questions that ultimately are TOTALLY IRRELEVANT in proving that a person is proficient in QBO, but great if you're trying to show that you can convince someone else to pay for QBO!
I have been an accountant for 8 years. I have been using QBO for more than half of that time. I studied the training course that amounts to an elaborate sales pitch. But this exam? Might as well be asking about the nitrogen levels in Mars' atmosphere. I'm no slouch, 4.0 GPA and aggressive A-type personality for achievement. I put roughly twice the recommended amount of study time for this, from multiple sources, and I have now failed to pass two sections TWICE. TWICE. This is the first test I have EVER failed.
Does QBO just not want people to be certified? Where are the supplimental PDFs that I've heard about? What magical combination of sources do I need to pass? Intuit, I am so frustrated with you my head is about to pop off.
Has anyone else found a solution for this? I am more determined than ever to pass, primarily out of spite. Anyone who passed, what is your secret???
