About three weeks ago I went to sign on to one of my 6 companies that I have since 2017 and it would not let me in saying I needed to contact the company admin to get logged in. I am the only user, the only primary user, the only admin user. The first time I contacted support I was hung up on. The second time they told me to follow a link to request change my email address and reset my password. THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM. But I did that. They said I would be contacted within 24-48 hours. That never happened. Called support again a few days later. Now they say it is a KNOWN PROBLEM THAT QBO DELETES PRIMARY USERS. Now I have to prove my ownership of the company. I have sent in my ID, Company Docs, and letter from my husband who has never touched the software once. I contacted QBO, They created this, and after 3 weeks I still cannot get logged on to my books.

Currently, we have an ongoing investigation (INV-90601) about QuickBooks Online deleting primary admin users. Rest assured that our engineers are doing their best to fix it as soon as possible.

O I HAVE CONTACTED SUPPORT. I am still waiting for them to fix it. It has been 3 weeks and several calls. THAT is the problem.
Hello QBO my admin user was deleted too, surprisingly without any previous notice, my company BWRB International, and I was the only one who can add or delete users, so it is extremely urgent for me to reactivate my user, or create a new admin user, I'll wait for an answer, couldn't find where to write this so I'm doing it here. I'm finding that there are many users with this problem, will be solved soon?

I finally got ONE of my companies back. It took me sending in a picture id, articles of inc, a signed letter from my partner (husband), to get it resolved. Took three weeks. Still working on the second company they deleted my profile off of. Have they sent you the link to recover your account?
