QBOA Quick Access Dropdown Menu Listing ALL Clients

A recent update on Thursday, February 15 appears to incorrectly list all clients in the Quick Access Menu at the top of the screen in QBO Accountants whereas previously, it only listed those clients with active QuickBooks accounts. Not sending photos at the moment due to client confidentiality. Tried resetting browsers, private browsing, different browsers, etc and the issue persists.

Thanks for taking the time to do the initial troubleshooting steps to fix the client list.

 

The clients are likely filtered, which is why you're only seeing those with active QuickBooks account. We'll want to check the Gear icon on the left-hand side and click on the mini gear icon located at the top of the Client window. Make sure to tick the boxes for the client's status you want to show.

 

If you're still experiencing issues, we'll want to contact QuickBooks Online Support for assistance. They can check on the system and see what's preventing you from seeing your clients.
