I've got one more step we can try to reset your password, James Eischen.


When you're on the QBSE log in screen, click the Forgot your User ID or Password link. From there, follow the prompts to reset your password. If the same thing happens, you can reach out to us through chat.


We can access your account securely and fix the issue with your login credentials. This way, you can log in to your QBSE account again.


Here's how to reach out to our Chat Support:

  1. Go to this link
  2. Enter your Email Address and Name.
  3. Type in your concern about resetting your password in the Question box.
  4. Click the Ask Your Question button.
