QUICKBOOKS CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPLAINT

Hi, I want to put a complaint in for Quickbooks, but there doesnt seem to be a place to do. You have to call Customer Service! This doesn't make any sense! I want to complain about the customer service line. ITS A BLOODY JOKE! Called for a simple refund. I accidentally subscribed to Quickbooks Time. You can clearly see that I do not have an account, I have not used. I was on the phone for Literally an HOUR. The girl I spoke to, didnt even know what she was doing. " I dont know how to do this, so I am just waiting for an employee to help me out" Can I not just talk to someone who knows what they are doing? I got transferred 3 TIMES! Its a simple refund! Then at the very end, they send me a email, stating I had to fill in this and that.... The girl I talked to had no idea what was in the email. I told her I was confused with the instructions, and she just says, this is what the guy said to fill out. he sent it, not me. I said, Well what am I supposed to do, she goes Im not sure, try going here... I Said.. Can I please just talk to someone who knows what they are doing.. I am at work..its been an hour, NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. The phone went quiet. I had to look around, figure it out on my own. Then after all that, the request I put in. doesnt mean I am going to get the refund....... LOL OMG ITS A SIMPLE REFUND. Why is this so difficult!!!  GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER QUICKBOOKS. ALL YOUR STAFF SHOULD KNOW HOW TO PROCESS A SIMPLE REFUND. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE OVER AN HOUR! I started the conversation very nice with the staff, and by the 3rd transfer and 45 mins in, this one was getting angry. WAY TO RUIN SOMEONES DAY! COMPLETE FAIL ON QUICKBOOKS! 

 

IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION, DO NOT USE QUICKBOOKS PRODUCTS, IF YOU EVER NEED TO CONTACT THEM. ITS FAIL. THIS WAS NOT MY FIRST RODEO WITH THEM.

You’re right, getting the support you need should be simple and convenient. Every minute counts when you are running your business.

 

I did some checking and it looks like you were in contact with our QuickBooks Online support team. I do see the refund assessments submitted. However, since you are looking for a refund for a QuickBooks Time subscription, you may want to follow up with one of their agents. QuickBooks Time support should be able to get this resolved for you.

 

I know you’ve spent some time with support, and this is likely not what you would like to be doing, but contacting QuickBooks Time directly will get the best results.

QUICKBOOKS CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPLAINT

I talked to both! I started with Quickbooks time. Then got switched to Quickbooks online, and back to time I believe. 

Quick books time could not see the transaction on their end, so they had to contact Quickbooks online. This is part of the whole FAIL. Them trying to communicate together. It was a complete fail. They should should be able to see all transactions. Its all a quick books product. There shouldn't be separate areas where you cant see certain things. It was ridiculous! Like I said a simple refund took over an hour. No one knew what to do, and when I asked to speak with a manager, she just ignored me. 

 

I did put in the request for a refund online. The first person I talked to, emailed me.. Why couldnt he do that from the beginning. The conversation would of been 5 mins... 10 max!  I did get an email stating my request is being process but their is no Guarantee I am going to be refunded. I sure hope I do, or they will be getting another call from me. They didnt like me at the end of that conversation, they wont like me at the beginning or the end of the next call.

Please note our renewal will NEVER been renewed because we have ONLY one (1) payroll with the company - that's why we have purchased our desktop QB CD installed in one PC machine.

THERE WILL BE NO YEARLY RENEWAL REQUIRED. Please confirm.

Login to your CAMPS to check your license status. Had you purchased QB Desktop Pro Plus or Premier Plus, you have to pay renewal. You can still purchase the one time license for QB Desktop 2021 and purchase the subscription for QB Desktop Payroll separately.
