I have used QBKS Mac for years & at present have 2019. Until a year or two ago I had the need for the full program but at present have only 4 'companies' = my own and husband's checkbook, a family members and a small business. I do not need all the bells and whistles== other than being able to print checks and create reports.
But what I want to do is archive the years before 2021 in one company to save space etc = the others aren't so huge it matters. How do I archive pre-2021 data in that company [my own long term checkbook] --
