After Quickbooks corrupted my account, when they moved me from IOP, without any notice they had to move me again and they were going to leave my corrupted account active in case it was needed. They have made several errors which meant we had to go back and look at the old account. I was told by
Sharyn K. Sr. Specialist- Office of the President that I would not be charged for the old, corrupted account. I kept getting charges and I keep requesting refunds and the requests are not answered. When I contact support they can't help me either, when I contact the Office of The President they tell me to contact support. So how do I get refunds for all the payments they have fraudulently continued to take? Is the only way to initiate a class action suite on behalf of all Quickbooks users who have been fraudulently billed?
