Quickbooks online--unable to see my payroll or 1099 after resetting my password

I'm here to help you get logged into payroll, @kcooke.

 

You’ll have to ensure that the credentials you’re using are the once you’ve set up when subscribing to QuickBooks.

 

As a troubleshooting step, log in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses.
