Can I automatically send management reports?

Setting a schedule to automatically send reports is only applicable to custom reports. Management reports cannot be automatically sent. The process of sending it is manual. I've laid the instructions below for you to follow:

1. Go to Reports.
2. Select Management Reports.
3. Choose your report period.
4. Preview the chosen template.
5. Click Send.

Is there a way to see what reports are being sent automatically?

I am getting some old data each month in an automated report and I am trying to stop it.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. It could be you've saved a customization report and set an email schedule in QuickBooks Online. Let's go ahead and check the Custom report and delete it to stop the automated report sent monthly. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Reports tab. 
2. Select the Custom reports tab.
3. Locate the report and click the drop down arrow. Then select Delete.

Is there a way to send the Management report  in a excel format? I only see PDF and DOC as options.
