In QuickBooks Online, you can add your state license number to your estimates and invoices by turning on the Custom Field feature. Let me guide you on how.
- Go to + New.
- Choose Estimates or Invoice, and click Customize.
- Select New Style.
- Click on the Content menu, then choose which section you want to edit.
- After choosing which section, scroll down and click on the Manage custom fields.
- Click the Add field.
- Add the necessary details, tick the Print on form to view it on your print, and Click Save.
