Can I save a 1099 Transaction Detail Report to my documents, so I can upload to an audit?

How can I save a report? When I right click to save as, I check and the document has many files saved.

Yes, you can save the 1099 Transaction Detail Report to a PDF. This is to keep a copy of the report and upload it for an audit. Let me help with how to accomplish this task.

 

  1. Tap the Reports menu on the left panel and enter 1099 Transaction Detail Report in the search field.
  2. Click the Report period drop-down and set the correct date range.
  3. Tick the correct Accounting method and hit Run Report.
  4. Press the Export icon to choose Export to PDF.1099 rep.png
  5. In the Print, email, or save as PDF screen, tap the Save as PDF menu.1099 rep.png1099 rep1.png
