Keep me posted if you have any other concerns or questions about QBO. I’ll pop right back in to assist further. Enjoy the rest of the day.
What documentation are you requesting for the change of master admin?
Hello, @sbaumer.
We'll request you to send some documents when processing the master admin claim. These will prove your legal rights to the company data. Here are the following:
Our Customer Support team will process this and then you'll receive an email requesting documents. Master Admin claim’s processing time averages from 3 to 5 days upon receipt of documents.
I'm always here if you have any other concerns. Keep safe and have a wonderful day!
