Let me clarify the differences between QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Solopreneur, @knormally.
QBO and QuickBooks Solopreneur are distinct products with different feature sets. Currently, you’re using QuickBooks Solopreneur and not QBO.
QBO is a comprehensive accounting solution ideal for small to mid-sized businesses. It provides advanced features such as integration with third-party apps, bank reconciliation, detailed financial reporting, and much more. On the other hand, QuickBooks Solopreneur is tailored for individual entrepreneurs and freelancers, offering a simpler set of tools suited for managing finances with less complexity. Essentially, QuickBooks Solopreneur has a limited scope.
