Thank you for reaching out to Community, Ann. I'm here to provide insights in accessing users in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Comprehending this kind of access is beneficial to ease your effort and time. Yet, granting users full access to the management report is currently unavailable in QBO.
Currently, only the admin who created the report can access the management report. Invited users can't view or generate management reports created by other users. Yet, you can share the report manually with other users so they can view it directly.
Here's how:
- In Management reports, locate the custom report.
- Click the Action dropdown
- Select one of the following options:
- Send: A window opens where you can edit recipients, subject line, and message before emailing the report PDF.
- Export as PDF: Download a PDF version of the report to your device.
- Export as DOCX: Download a DOCX version of the report to your device.
For a better view, you can check this article about managing different options for user roles and access permissions in QBO: Learn more about user roles.
Moreover, I'll attach this article for additional reference to Learn how to turn on class tracking in QuickBooks: Turn on class tracking.
Keep me posted on this thread if you have other question about QuickBooks-related concerns. I'm here to assist. Have a good one.
