Let me share information on downloading your profit and loss report in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to your computer. However, this feature is unavailable on our QBO app that you use on your mobile device.
In downloading, you have the option of exporting it as a PDF or an Excel file. You can follow the steps I outlined below to download.
- Log into your QuickBooks Intuit account.
- On the left panel, choose Report.
- On the Find report by name tab, type in Profit and Loss Report.
- Click on the Export icon to download.
