Hello there, @someoneserious12.
I'm here to ensure you can change the date to a specific year in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Firstly, we can locate the Reports tab and pull up the Custom Summary Report.
Here's how:
- On the left navigational panel, look for Reports.

- Once done, click Save Customization.
Moreover, if you want to pull up a different report, you can still go back to the Reports tab and search for the report that perfectly suits your interest.
Furthermore, I've added an article you can browse for you to be able to categorize data from different locations, offices, regions, outlets, or departments: Set up and use location tracking in QuickBooks Online.
Let me know if you still have further queries running a report, know that I'd be glad to assist. Stay safe.
